Surveillance is a powerful tool in detecting and solving theft, vandalism and misbehavior. Any camera or sequence of cameras can be recorded or viewed at any monitor with security clearance.

Camera sequences can be customized to automatically record at preset times, view and record parking lots and hallways at night and record assembly areas and classrooms during school hours.

The optional video codec allows remote viewing of 16 to 64 video channels over the Internet. With this the superintendent, principal, or security staff can remotely view or control cameras from off campus.

Add a storage hard drive to the video codec (not e-rateable), and now you can record up to 64 video channels. Recordings can be set by time of day, or record when motion is detected. This dramatically increases storage efficiency. Depending on the size of the hard drive, up to 3 months of history for 64 cameras can be stored and played back. Videos can also be off loaded to CDs and archived.
