4. BROADCAST ANNOUNCEMENTS

Choose broadcast if you want to make an announcement to many rooms simultaneously. This very useful feature could be used by the principal for a Monday morning greeting to the entire school or maybe just the High School classrooms. It could be used as part of a schools emergency evacuation plan.
