5. CONTROL TV ACCESS

Cable TV or Satellite feed to the PVBX can be restricted by Channel and viewing time. For example, The Discovery Channel, TLC, PBS, and weather might be available to some class rooms all the time and others only during recess. The teachers lounge and offices might have the whole channel line up at any time of day.
