6. ELECTRONIC SCHOOL BULLETIN BOARD

Turn every school TV into a message center. Any PC with a computer to TV converter can display Power Point presentations, Word documents, video clips or anything you can generate with a computer into a format viewable on a TV. The PVBX can control where and when the content is shown. The bulletin board is useful to keep students and staff up to date with general school information. It might be used to show a calendar of events, Birthday greetings, Lunch menus or video from school sports events. The PVBX controls where and when the Bulletin board is shown on TVs. For example it might be shown in the Cafeteria and common area all the time and in class rooms at the bell for 5 minutes.
